Have your say on walkways in Didcot

If you scoot, cycle or walk around Didcot then we'd love to hear from you.  We've opened a survey to so you can comment on proposals to improve various routes in and around the town. 

All the information on our Local Cycling and Walking Infrastructure Plan (otherwise known as LCWIP) is now available to view here and you can give us your views on the proposals up to 5pm on Wednesday 13 September.

This year's party has been fantastic and it's not finished yet. We've still got lots of free events and activities taking place up to 30 August for everyone to come along to and enjoy. Find out more on our Didcot Garden Town website.

Comment on new council offices

Residents and businesses across the district are being invited to have their say on proposals for a new building on Station Road in Didcot, which includes office space acting as the councils' shared headquarters.

South Oxfordshire District Council has submitted a planning application for the building and people can view the plans and leave their comments up to 31 August 2023 on the council's Didcot Gateway webpage

Autonomous bus success

The Mi-Link fully electric autonomous bus service has passed its first two testing phases and has been running a free service between Milton Park and Didcot Parkway.

Phase 3 is set to start soon with a new route, which includes several stops along Park Drive.  You can find out more about the service on Milton Park's Mi-Link webpage.
