The Earth Trust has announced that the permissive footpath on the meadow next to Neptune Wood will be closed from Monday 15th July.
The closure is to allow any dog faeces to decompose before it is cut for hay and is expected to last for six to eight weeks.
The Trust apologises for any inconvenience caused and thanks residents for their understanding.
